There isn't really a "Favs" or a "Favorite one", it's about performance. You want the one with the highest CFM rating for each price point.

< $50 I like the Deepcool GAMMAX GT. It's 60CFM, RGB. It's small, so I like it for windowed cases that don't have a big CPU fan height (156mm). $45

< $75 The Raijintek LETO PRO RGB. 100CFM, RGB, and once more, not that tall (155mm), so again, same things as with the previous one, but a bit more beefy CFM. $70

< $100 The SilverStone HE01. Simply the best air cooler out there with 171CFM. Just as a reminder, the best AIO cooler is 150CFM. With it's 161mm tall, it's not even that big. When I want to OC a CPU on air cooler, that's it. I choose the case around that CPU cooler.

> $100 Honnestly, I don't have a go to CPU cooler at that price. I get less poerformances than the HE01. But then, maybe the GamerStorm Captain 360 EX White RGB, as it's obviously white, and when I want to use a white case, that either this one or the 240 version.

Now finally there are the 2 cheap Be Quiet! at $25 and $30 that I use often as well, due to their price and performance. For smaller cases and widowless side, it's usually also a usual choice of mine, specially the $25 one with 100CFM and only 125mm tall. Almost no need to check the case max CPU cooler height. There are only 6, mostly "exotic", cases that don't fit it.

So cfm its the only parameter? Typicly aio ones have less cfm but water conduct heat realy well so thats why its better then air ones with same cfm

CFM is the only calculated parameter if you need it (overclocking). So if you need to keep temperatures down, you are after best CFM possible.

Now if you don't overclock, you can usually go with all about the look.

In my selection, it's a mix of a decent CFM, and look that I like, with a bit of "footprint".

As Aquafawks said, if you are kind of asking "what is the best CPU cooler?", then as he stated, it's all about CFM.
As I don't overclock every build I make in career, I play around and try to use various parts on the builds, but tthose I listed are usually the ones I use the most.
