Insufficient resources to run program problem how to solve

So, I was playing the IT expansion game mode, and I was in a task which needed me
to run MUGSHOT CC but when I installed it and runs it, it shows "insufficient resources to run program" , I tried ERAZE to reinstall everything, but still not work, I hop on google to find similar situation, got nothing, I wonder what kind of solution to deal with this task...

If only this game had a program that showed you whats required to run games/apps.

That's normal. You are not supposed to run this program. It's the PC that needs to be able to run this program, which means the PC's specs need to meet requirements as presented in Will It Run app. Just install that app and do not run it yourself.

That message means the employee computer in game doesn't meet the requirements to run the Mugshot CC, and you need to use Will It Run program on the employee computer to figure out what it needs to be able to run the program.

Use the Will It Run app and see what the minimum specs are and compare the employees computer specs and upgrade what it is lacking.

You're wrong, the "insufficient" message says the PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
And you can test out the installed programs if they work, you only get messages like "only for employees" or "waiting for players".

I'm not struggling with this task but I'd like to know how you guys figure out which excactly card to buy for this I bought a wrong card and it was incompatible, how do I figure out which card to use can anyone explain please? thank you :)

Its been over 2 years bro, I'm hundreds of games beyond this now but thanks anyway
