How can I connect cables to reservoir

as you see, I don't know why the cpu cooler point seems red

Is the water pump already connected? Then the port is already in use and you can't connect a second device to that port. Not all motherboards have a dedcated port for a water pump.

You can check this, when disconnecting the pump and try, if you can connect the cpu fan then. If yes, you found the cause of your issue.
