DLC UNLOCK PROBLEM

ı bought 8 dlc but not open please help

Open "Library" in steam, select "PC Building Simulator" on the left side, scroll down until you see "Manage my x DLC" on the right side and click on it. A new overlay window will open. Check if there is a tick in the column "Install". If it isn't there, set a tick and close window. Steam then should ask you if it may install the content.

I'll just add that it might not ask about installing and just do it automatically, check downloads at the bottom of the app to see if it changed anything.

Okay, now we're rolling, thanks for the answer. You're saying Steam sees the DLCs as installed, but... And my question is "But what?". If you have 8 DLCs, you have most or all of the workshops, so when you start the game... nothing really changes. But if you enter Free Build mode, you should get a selection of workshops to enter, not just the basic one. Question 1: Do you have that workshop selection? Another thing is the eSports DLC, which adds the eSport Career mode in the main menu. So Question 2: Just after loading the game do you see the eSports(DLC) button, right under the Career button?
If the answer is no to both, I can only recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game, since when you install it after having bought DLCs, it should automatically install them too.

in free mode, only the basic workshop appears to be locked open and the menu has esports locked dlc

Try an uninstall/reinstall if it's still not working. I have no issue with any of the DLC here. Assume you aren't migrating from a cracked pirated copy of the game too, as that would prevent some stuff from working if you have a non-clean install.
