Most of the times a forgotten virus scan is the culprit and erasing the infection can solve the issue.
That HDD is a brand new one and without virus, already scanned a few times and I even swap the boot drive to check....

no case fan I think......
If it still says "Diagnose and fix" in red then there is something still wrong with the computer and you aren't being through enough to find it.
Don't forget that in the email for this job you have it says "Do you like cable modding? I saw some great Braided Lime ones the other day." You will have to install at least one cable that is a custom colored cable that is Braided Lime as well. It's right there in the email.
Whatever parts that come with the client's computer and those which are working, I was forced to put them back to the rig which are the GPU, Motherboard, PSU as well as the passive cooler. The HDD and SSD I put in is brand new, there should not be virus issue and I did scan it, no issue either. Already dusted the whole thing and cable them according to needs. The rig comes with no SSD and a broken 500gb HDD and I already replaced the HDD and add in an SSD cause the budget allows it. 1x8gb 3600hz ram is broken and I did replaced it also. Normally I already cleared the primary objective by reaching this stage of the quest but it still not yet deemed me cleared..
I did also tried to purchase the same model of everything which are due to be replaced and just replaced them but also in vain.
Rip everything out of the case untill you have a bare metal box, then put it back in, prioritizing the hardware that has ownership sticker notes.
Please note: All the tings you remove from a case are added as the last item in the list of your parts selection tab. So if you rip out the power supply, it will be shown at the end of the power supplies list.
When you encounter a part that is broken you have found the problem.
Next important step: You need to connect every cable to fulfill the fix requirement.
For example: If you replace the CPU but have not yet connected the CPU-power-cable from the PSU to the motherboard the "replace CPU" requirement is still red.
One thing from your screenshots that has gotten my attention: the RAM
You replaced a broken ADATA Spectrix D41 8 GB 3600 MHz module with a Teamgroup Xtreem 8 GB 3600 MHz one. As they are both specified with the same speed this _should_ work, but just to be really really safe and when you encounter problems like in your case you should better replace the broken parts with _exactly_ the same new part.
For all the other readers:
And in case of air coolers that is the most hassle-free and easiest approach. I cannot count the times I ripped out a new air cooler with higher CFM because of the error message "inferior cooler installed".
I have already tried to replace everything which were due to be replaced with the exact same piece of part but it still go vain.....
Here you go, thanks in advance!!
