Suggestions for pc build off challenges?

Hello, so me and my roommate love this game and always try make up build off challenges and see who can get the higher score in 3DMark and other categories like RGB, Max Temps while running OCCT, and many others and we have currently ran out of good ideas. So if anyone had any suggestions they would be much appreciated!
Examples we have done:
Build a PC under (enter amount of money)
Has to be AMD or Intel Only
Has to be Custom water cooled

If you want a hard one, try something like: Build a computer under $5000 that meets 3dmark score of ##,####. There's many tiers of that.

And I have a difficult one for you: LOWEST 3dmark score. I believe I managed to get a 3dmark score of 86 in-game once. So it's possible. That will be really interesting to figure out how to work with hardware and underclocking. :)

Thanks man! Also how the hell you get 86? thats crazy lowest i get is 782 with downclocking but im using a g3900 cpu which I cant do any downclocking so maybe find a unlocked cpu where I can?

I don't remember exactly what I used. It was one of the dual core I3 chips that lets us drop the multiplier really low then I pushed it down with the base clock to like 20 Mhz or something.

I think I would be so irritated with how slow everything was that the slow PC mark would drive me bananas.

For under $1000 build a machine that can achieve 8000 on 3D Mark using only new parts.

Build a PC using only the smallest available cases, motherboards, etc that reaches the highest bench score.

(Rack mounts excluded, only stuff like micro cases and the like)


Also, who can overclock the oldest CPU/GPU the most? We're talking start-of-the-game old stuff.

My suggestion is best score with specific case. Every case has its quirks when it comes to the number of fans and size of parts that can be installed, so that gives you a lot of variety. The micro and cube cases are especially frustrating, but even the bigger ones can be challenging. The WR can only be done in 2 kinds of cases, the rest are all up for a challenge. I was actually thinking of doing a competition like this, so I'm happy to join. If you're doing it in the forums here, and ask for save files, I can also validate them to check that they're modded beyond what the game offers, or teach anybody who wants to learn how to do it instead. If you don't... well, good luck beating the 100k scores you'll be getting

My suggestion would to add like super super old parts to the game like the intel 4004 and older versions of omegaOS which would make it more worth it to upgrade the PC to get newer apps,newer OS's (in my opinion it'd be absolutely sick and I'd love it)
