Cant remove case fans from used PCs?
I play on the xbox version of the game, and I noticed that I cant completely remove the fans on used pcs that I get from PC bay, also there is a bug where it always says there is a missing cable when trying to use them, and I believe its from the fans because I can hook up the fans to the MoBo, and still get an option to connect another cable when hovering over the fans connection area, so I can never use these case for customer builds, but I can fix them up and make them better and just sell them back on PC bay.

Just wondering if I am missing something, or need to report it as a bug?

ANy one else having this issue?

No and I deal with a lot of used cases everyday.

I've noticed with some boards the proper amount of fan headers isnt there that should be. Also are the fans red or some other part red when you try to remove them. Or theyre fans that are trying to connect to other fans. Usually pairs will piggy back off another fan.

a unplugged fan will always have the option to connect a cable. Even if there's no board in. But I see no red that should be prenting removal. Under normal means I'd say it might be wired to the other fan but I don't see a cable highlighted in red.

yeah I'm pretty sure they're bugged. There probably is no fix I can give you. The only fix will be when ever they update the console version most likely if theyre aware of this bug.
