keep getting 4 stars

Looking to upgrade my pc

i hear you work with computers?

so my rig is running slowly lately can you upgrade the graphics card? I'm hoping for 16 GB of memory, if you can stretch to that. When i picked it up a load of stuff came out, it's not like that inside is it? Can you make this you number 1 priority please? MSI components are meant to be the bomb.

dont no why i keep getting 4 stars. i hit all green boxes, I upgrade to to the best msi card i got, clean the dust and she has 8 so put in another 8 to get it to 16. It a 3 star mission and i got the mission b4 hitting it. So im not sure if it the No.1 Priority but im failing. has any1 had the same problem??

the first line of email txt gives it away you need to run a virus check (so my rig is running slowly) No1 priority changes deadline to only a couple of days but it wont show this

yeah i did that, still 4 really bugging me what the last star is. the thing i can think of maybe an msi case cuz she said components or 2 graphic card

Yeah all plug in and 3dmark, got another 1 now again msi fanboy had to hit 5236. Got over it all green and still again 4 star. maybe something to do with red cables it now starting to do my head. Been hitting 5 stars but when it come to crap msi missions im hitting 4 stars

No that the problem all they say is that there msi fanboys and that they want msi components but when you shop, all that there is msi is the graphic cards. maybe they want 2?

The email hinted that there is dust in the case. Sometimes the game is touchy with dust, and you might've missed a really, really small thing of dust somewhere in the case, try doing a very thorough sweep with the air duster again?

This doesn't matter. You can just hold the duster in one spot and it will clean everything. There's no way that's the problem.

No, the first line never indicates that. Those hints ALWAYS come later in the generic jobs.

There's a good chance that you missed the timeframe/window to get a perfect score because you got the mission before you could accept it. Those are normally two or three days to get the perfect score. For building a new computer or specific upgrades, Day one, accept & and order parts, day 2 build it & turn it in. I think I've seen 3 day windows as well, but I'm not sure honestly lol. All non-diagnose & repair jobs can 100% be completed the day after accepting the job, while all diagnose & repairs can be done the day after that. The 5-star timeframe is often the minimum amount of time required from the day you receive the order.

That's most likely your problem. You didn't qualify for the order at the time, and by the time you did it was too late. This has definitely happened to me, I just declined the order. If you didn't catch it, you're stuck with the 4 stars lol.

1. If you meet the customers demand for special brands he praises you for it in his rating.
2. If you cleaned the pc properly they also state it in their rating.
3. If you successfully erased all viruses they say something like "my pc starts faster now" in their rating.

So what exactly is the customers response to your service?

So the first one wanted

upgrade graphic card

the second one was to hit over 51??

so i ace all of the tasks it asked with green lights. what i think is that i don't have any different msi components like motherboard and case as i not unlocked them yet. Watched a vid earlier and saw a youtuber have a similar task for msi fanboy and got everything that was msi, put it together and 5 stared it

Each customer was pleased with saying great job and even put msi in it. Think it just a glitch in the game allowing me to do the task when not having all msi unlocked. So going to leave them until i unlock more and see what happen.

Your probably right with it being out of time when it wanted it done

As long as you put at least 1 part of the brand they ask for in the PC you're fine. It definitely doesn't need to be every part.
