Is this real or just a Simulator?
I mean, I would like to build a nice pc, can this game help me with some parts, like Cooler + CPU, test how both would work? Thanks

You'd have more luck with asking questions or sharing part lists online and using Youtube. There's a lot of great resources out there. Use pcpartpicker to pick a list of parts or view other people's builds (amazing site for comparing parts, seeing listed specs, and automatically checking compatibility), a forum like Tomshardware or or the subreddit r/BuildAPC for questions and tips, or Youtube channels like Paul's Hardware, Jayztwocents, Linus Tech Tips, etc.

This game is accurate-ish for basic concepts but is too simplified for actually telling how well parts will run. It uses static numbers that are much too low for real world use for things like power output and fans/airflow. Normal parts will be way hotter in real life if you're using really bad fans, but this game is fine with it as long as you don't overclock. It also really glosses over important part details like RAM/cable/HDD speeds and frequencies.

At least that's my experience with the game so far. I haven't hit max level or anything so I haven't done the most advanced stuff. But it's pretty noticeable right away.

..

I am thinking about i5-11600 (non K) CPU and I don't know what would be the best cooler. Noctua NH-D15S probably overkill, Dark Rock 4 is sooo big.. just no idea

Yes, it's pretty basic. I'm pretty sure you can't even set the way fans are pushing air

The NH-D15 is unironically the best air cooler there is out there. Should be the standard for air cooling imo.

I'd argue Bequiet makes the best coolers, but ya know.... Taste and colors...

for i5-10600K / i5-11600K / i7-11700K Yes, it's a nice choice, but for i5-10600 / i5-11600 (non K) not really, the Noctua is definitely a bit overkill

It's like if you kill a monster, which has only 10 HP, with a hit of 9999 HP damage
