Sure, but how 'normal' is that low cpu fps? I've ran some of the best CPU (INGAME) and even those can only run at 30ish FPS on the benchmark... Am I completely dumb and missing something?
They are indeed based on real 3DMark values that the developers have taken as input, to model the CPU/GPU performance using in-game metrics. They're not made up or guessed at. They're modeled to be close to real values.
That being said, the developers do sometimes get faulty data, or make mistakes themselves.
