The same problem. For example, NZXT H440 costs $120 ($92 + 4*$7), but in bill it just $100 ($92 + 4*$2). So I lose $20 each time I use this case to build computer.

Moreover, customer gives only 4 stars, because there are second hand parts (if they don't allow second hand). It looks like it is 1.12 bug. And I can't find way to downgrade to previous version of the game.

Me too. A workaround is to remove all the case fans before sending it out -- at least you won't lose 1 star for this.

This has already been reported and there is already a thread on it. In the future it's a good idea to look around the forums and see if someone else already made a thread on something before you write a new one. It's better for the developers to have all the information centralized in one thread so it's easier for them to fix it.

I've actually been getting some new cases that don't have fans in them, that always come with fans from the store... Then the next time I get the same type of cases and they all have used fans again...
