Can't put Side Panels on

I'm trying to complete the Tutorial, and I get as far as putting the side panels back on, but they refuse to go, and it appears to just hang. I've tried three times now, and it gets stick at the same point. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

No, a screenshot of you trying to put the side panels on so we can see if any parts are blocking what you are trying to do and if they are blocking you then we can see which parts they are. If you are unable to provide a screenshot as asked then we can't help you with your reported issue.

It's not allowing me to do things at random places now, just now it wouldn't let me put in the poser supply, and before that it won't let me fit RAM, as I couldn't open the memory clips. The inventory is getting very touchy as well, sometimes it lets me pick things up, sometimes it doesn't. her'e a screenshot of me not being able to replace the side panel.

You should remove top case part first, before putting that side panel.

But the tutorial doesn't mention taking off the top case. I'll try it of course, and if it works i'll have to give them a down vote for not mentioning it.

I used the one that came in the tutorial, you don't get to choose which case, you use the one that's in front of you. Did you see anything from the screenshot of it not doing anything?

I've just been to the 'How To Build A PC' again, which I assume is the tutorial, and there is no mention of being able to choose a case. Are we talking about the same game here?

This game isn't so hard to figure out. Don't get hung up on the tutorial, just dive in. Lots of good people here to help you out if you need it.

No, I doubt you're doing anything wrong, I definitely encountered the same and similar bugs in the tutorial. I eventually got it to work by clipping the camera inside the case and looking downward; then the side panel became interactable for me.

So just for future clarification: Folks should describe these issues in the "How to build a computer" tutorial. There are now two tutorials in the game. This one and the one when we start career mode. I was confused at first for a while myself but I understand now.
