EVGA brand compatability.
So, how come that EVGA (in game) has 3 AIOs but the largest one, EVGA CLC 280 fits in just about 0 of the EVGA cases?? Is this per design from manufacturer or in-game design flaw?

Usually an AIO either fitting or not fitting in to a chassis is typically specified by the manufacturer and that's why things don't match up in the game. You said "Just about" .. have you tried all of the EVGA Cases? Does that cooler fit in any of them?

I checked and tested all of them. None of them are compatible with the CLC 280 made by the same manufacturer. Seems there are holes for 120mm and 140mm fans in some of them, but still cant fit it in there.

Apparently you didn't test all of them then. I was able to fit the EVGA CLC 280 in the DG-84 perfectly fine. The catch is probably what you might of ran in to: If you strip down the DG-84 and take everything out of it and try to fit the EVGA CLC 280 then it will show red and say you can't do it. But the red mark is where the motherboard would be. That led me to think "Since the motherboard section is red, it probably wants me to install a motherboard first". I tried that and yep: if you install any motherboard in the DG-84 computer case and then install a CPU in said motherboard and then try to fit the CLC 280 it will fit just fine. I haven't tested All of the other EVGA computer cases but this is at least one EVGA Case that will accept that radiator.

I can also confirm that the DG-77 case will *NOT* fit this EVGA CLC 280 radiator no matter what though. And that is not a bug. There are no spaces in the DG-77 that allow two adjacent 140mm fans to be placed side-by-side due to how the case is designed. It's not possible in real life or in game. So no 280mm radiators will ever fit in the DG-77. Not the EVGA CLC 280, and not any other 280 radiator, not even custom loop ones.

Sorry. My mistake. On the full tower models you can surely fit the CLC 280. But on all the other cases, the manufacturer should have been able to prepare for this cooler, which they have not :)

But thanks for clarifying, Aquafawks :)
