It should, in theory, yeah. Try using this tool for any game: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

Nevermind, I discovered that my GPU is too weak for this game for some reason.
The system requirements for this game are posted right on the game's store page. I'll copy-paste it for you:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7 or higher
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Athlon X4 740 (or equivalent)
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 660 (2048 MB) or Radeon R9 285 (2048 MB) - Integrated GPUs may work but are not supported.
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 30 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX compatible

You can then use UserBenchmark to see if your parts are faster or slower than the system requirements. Just go here: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/ and click on "Compare" in the top right corner. Then click the drop down box and type in your video card on the left, then click the drop down box and type in the video card on the right from the system requirements page and it will show you how your video card in your computer compares to the minimum required card to play the game.

And no your system does not meet the minimum requirements to run this game correctly. I have heard of other people running this game on computers that do not meet the minimum requirements but it will be very, very slow for you and probably not an enjoyable experience.

This is a TERRIBLE website that no one should ever use. They require we download an *.EXE file and run it on our computer to load their software on our computer and they don't tell us exactly what their software is, what it does, and just how much information it collects about our computer or who that information is sent to. It's entirely possible to do it ourselves without using questionable random software from other companies on our computers.

That GPU is likely to be based on GT 1030 or similar, as it's an entry-level laptop GPU.

My CPU can handle this game but GPU cant, most likely due to how the textures are taxxing on the GPU,
Anyway thanks for the clear response.
