Stuck on Job (Silverstone FT05)
This is the 2nd PC job on the Silverstone FT05 I've gotten stuck on.The customer asks you to diagnose the problem, the only items in the case that can be exchanged (you have to used the customers parts) are the Motherboard and Memory.

I've gone though all of the items to ensure they were not damaged I've swapped MOBOs and Memory out with others, I've ran Virus scan, 3DMark, Load tested with OCCT, Paste is on the CPU. The only thing that looks odd to me and this has been the case with Both Silverstone FT05 Cases, is they use Vertical Mounted EVGA GeForece GTX 1060 FTW2 GAMING cards, and the fans don't spin properly (atleast they appear not to) However the item isn't damaged and requires you to use them.

The only thing I haven't done (which I don't think you're able) is to trash the Case for another. Which if I ever owned a Silverstone FT05 I would back it over with my truck after how much Frustration this have given me. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks

If you share the save file, I can help you to solve the issue.
You can share it here, or find me in the game's Discord channel and share it there.

Do you know where the save files are located? The ones I think i found are Binary Files?

Those are the save files, yes.

Does the job call to
- Replace a motherboard
- Replace RAM
IDK what the actual email is, maybe type it out or send a screenshot of what the email is. But if it tells you to replace both of those then you have to replace them with the exact same parts

Problem was that player replaced 16 GB stick with 8 GB stick.
Inferiority factors for RAM are Size and Speed, these days.

Yeah that’s what I meant in my reply above, gotta replace with exact same part, not just swap it out with anything that isn’t broken.

You don't have to replace it with the exact same part.
You do have to replace Broken parts with Non-Inferior parts.

Do you mean that it doesn't have to be the exact part, so for example if the old part was a g skill 16gb 3200 stick, you can replace it with any 16 gb 3200?

Correct. RAM Inferiority is Size and Speed.

If the job calls for,a replacement wouldn’t you need to use the same one though

Are you trolling me?

Broken parts need to be replaced with parts that are not inferior.
If a job calls for replacing broken RAM, then you need to replace it one that is not inferior in size, and not inferior in speed.

It can be a different brand, a different size, a different speed, a different price point.

It just cannot be inferior.

Test it yourself, to prove that I am right!

Why does everyone on Steam always claim someone is trolling, I was simply asking a question, not telling you that your wrong, one post you said for it to be inferior it has to be different size and speed, thr other you said it can anything

It can be anything that is not inferior.

For RAM, that means:
It can be anything that is ((at least the same size as the broken part) and (at least the same speed as the broken part)).
