There are several blue screen guides in the guides section that will explain to you exactly what each blue screen is and how to resolve it.
That aside do note that even though the customer asks you to overclock their processor to 5400 Mhz does *NOT* mean that the customer's processor can actually overclock to 5400 Mhz. It's still very much completely random and a part of silicon lottery with overclocking in this game, even if it's a customer job from a customer for a work order. You could possibly get overclocking requests in this game that can't overclock as high as they ask and you can't complete them. That is part of the game. So be prepared for that and remember to make lots of manual saves: Before accepting the job and before turning it in, so you can revert a save if you end up accepting a job that doesn't work out.
