Impossible to fix blue screen. send help!
Doing a customer order to replace there HDD and RAM. Replaced them, and went to 3d mark benchmark the PC as I always do with every order.
However this PC keeps getting an instant blue screen.

I have factory reset the PC to remove any overclock incase that was the issue, but it wasn't.
PC consists of the following parts.
CPU= i9-9980XE
CPU Cooling=Cooler Master MasterAir MA610P
Motherboard=EVGA X299 DARK
Memory=G.SKILL FORTIS 8 GB 2133 MHz
Graphics Card=ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 5700 OC Edition 8 GB
Storage=Segate BarraCuda 2TB 64MB cache
Power Supply=Antec High Current Gamer Extreme Series 1000W
is this a bug? or how do I fix it?
I replaced RAM and HDD with the exact same that was in the PC.

Go to the guides section of the steam community hub for this game and search all guides for "Blue". Here's a link for you: https://steamcommunity.com/app/621060/guides/?searchText=blue&browsefilter=trend&requiredtags%5B%5D=-1

Scroll down and see several guides to blue screens. Every blue screen in this game has an exact reason displayed on the screen and the guides will help you understand what each blue screen means and what causes it.

Even though you said you factory reset the machine, the blue screen you are getting (PRN_LIST_CORRUPT) means the ram is overclocked too far or doesn't have enough voltage. Perhaps you accidentally reduced the ram voltage and it didn't get reset back.
I'll tell you right now its the RAM. Too much voltage ir too little or it won't clock as far as you are trying to take it.

If you get this error and RAM is already at at the maximum voltage of 1.65V then don't add any more voltage.

The memory has reached its maximum frequency speed limitations, buy another stick or pair and see if they clock further, otherwise you risk damaging, breaking the RAM.

have you removed the cpu heat sink and replaced the thermal paste on the cpu ??
maybe that will fix the problem ??

No that's not the problem. Their blue screen is "PRN_LIST_CORRUPT". "PRN_LIST_CORRUPT" blue screen is only related to system memory / DDR4. It can not possibly be anything else. Each blue screen in a computer in PCBS is only related to / caused by 1 specific reason. And PRN_LIST_CORRUPT is memory related.

The RAM hasn't been overclocked or touched in any way.. not even XMP turned on..
The ram speed is 2400 MHz in bio - and I can't turn it down at all . The RAM stick itself is only 2133 MHz .. The Voltage is 1.20V by default. I can lower or raise it . I'm not sure if I should raise it or lower it .. I have no idea what to do... and this is a customers pc - I only have $200 budget, and have to replace the RAM and HDD , HDD being segate BarraCuda 2TB - which is $70 - leaving $130 for RAM - I have only ever replaced the RAM with the exact same RAM the PC already had.. Am i able to buy slightly better RAM ? or does it have to be the same RAM .. as the job says " REPLACE " ram .. so to me that means replace it with the exact same RAM ..
Try increasing the ram voltage to 1.60v

I tried messing with ram voltage. it didn't work - i ended up just buying a different ram stick to try out, and it worked.. turns out you can replace the ram with any time of ram inside the budget.. i couldn't figure out why that ram kept BSOD or how to fix it at all .. way out of my technical capabilties.

Well at least you found out the issue in the end. I knew it had to be something to do with ram. Glad it was sorted for you. :)
