Removing virus scanners and tools needed?

Is leaving some software such virus scanner or system info is going to affect the stars rating?

Plus I,m new to the game so I still try to figure the ratings.

You can install as much stuff as you want onto their PC and they won't care. I've returned PCs with virus scanners and other stuff and they haven't said anything about it. I've always gotten 4-5 stars so I dont think it matters. And if I am wrong, the internet is a good place to look.

want to get 5 star. yes, some customer will comment 'unknown installed program'

If you leave a program installed, it does not affect your star rating for the job. If you claim otherwise, please share a save file that demonstrates your claim.

I returned a pc with downloaded apps on it and the customer complained in the review. So i take them off after now

Interesting, I make it a point of always installing, running, and leaving installed the virus scanner, even when it's not needed...it never seems to matter but I do it for some light roleplaying.

It never led to any customer complaining yet...maybe only for other tools? Or maybe I was just lucky.

That's impossible, the complaint must have been for smth else.

Yeah did this and it was funny. Or when you change HDD that wasn't broken and reinstall windows losing all on the desktop the customer had and he's still happy xD

In-game we do not install Microsoft Windows on a customer's computer. We are installing OmegaOS on their machine. Whatever that is.
