Highest voltages?
What is the highest voltages you have hit with binned parts without frying?

That's kind of impossible for anyone to report because it's completely different with every chip. They implemented a RNG for that. Every chip in the game has a different max-voltage-before-frying. There's no way to know.

I know it varies.. i'm just wondering what voltages to use when binning.. can you run a CPU at 1.8? 2.1? 2.5?

What about RAM?

the highest a cpu can go is 1.75 which is the 2066 chips. But would not go that high 1.65 is the highest before it will overheat.

Unless they changed something in a recent patch, voltage doesn't effect temperatures yet. At least it didn't the last time I tried it.

voltage has alway affected temp in htis game i have tested it

This is not true.. Temperature stays exactly the same..
Yeah. In PCBS try installing a CPU in freebuild and run it through occt, then go reboot and change the voltage (and only the voltage) to around 1.60 or 1.65v and then re-run occt and you'll see the temperatures will be the same.

Yep I just went and tested it in-game. I5-8600K at least, the exact same temperature during an OCCT test run @ stock and again same temperature at 1.70v cpu vcore. Literally not even +1c higher.

So yes, as I stated above: Voltage does -NOT- effect temperature. It still yet -NEVER- has in PCBS. I don't know if this is intentional by the developers, or an actual bug that will get patched in the future. But as of right now at the date I'm typing this: Voltage has no effect on temperatures.
