Game not showing property stickers anymore
When I started to play this game, it would attach a sticker to each piece I remove from customer's computer, so that I know that this cpu belongs to X customer, and that this cpu cooling belongs to Y customer. But the game doesn't show those stickers anymore. Is it a bug? Sorry for my bad english.

It depends on the job. Not all jobs in-game will show property stickers for the customer. Some jobs do this some jobs do not do this. It may be possible you are just happening to get all of the jobs that do not do it lately.

I am not sure exactly which jobs are "Tagged" with owned stickers and which are not though. Perhaps someone else could comment in about that part.

In "fix it" jobs, all parts are tagged usually aside from the broken part ofc, and the CPU cooler isvery often untagged, but sometimes is (don't ask me why, I never got the logic in there)

in "I want a better CPU / GPU" all parts are tagged, aside ofc the parts that the customer wants to upgrade, and the PSU, as you may sometimes need a more powerful PSU to feed the new parts.

In upgrade jobs with "I want my PC to reach that xxxx benchmark score" no parts are tagged, so you have the freedom to swap any parts you need.

That's a very rough list from top of my head.

Btw we had a pretty lengthy thread (with some arguments on wording, but simply dismiss that part) about how to make the most income possible taking advantage of untagged parts.
Maybe you will feel happyier when parts are untagged, as how I read your initial post, you sound annoyed by the fact parts are untagged :steamhappy:
Also somewhere in there we talked about what parts are usually tagged as well

Thanks for the answer guys, I was worried that it could be a bug or something. Having all parts tagged should be at least optional for the player. It's not fut mixing two cpu coolers. And now I have 8 computers awaiting for me in the hall, it's gonna be quite a memorization exercise.

You should always work a PC from start to finish before you open an other one to never mix up parts.
You should never have 8 PC's awaiting in the hall.
You often can guess the broken parts by e-mails clues, so 90% of the time you should be able to guess and order the parts for the next day when you accept the job. That's part of the game's learning curve, and then beeing able to finish PC's the same day you recieve them.

If you want to avoid any delays, then simply swallow the $100 same day delivery, open all PC's, know what you need, order parts, and finish jobs anyway same day.

Tagged parts are parts you cannot swap in game's coding mechanic, it's probably not that easy to code a "toggle tag me all parts" due to how the game is coded by now. Again, if you take time to read the whole thread I linked, there is BIG money awaiting for you due to untagged parts.

Also, make sure, if you mixed up the CPU cooler, that when you install one, it's not beeing added to the costs, and that's how you know which one was belonging to the customer if you are lost here and there.

I restarted career quite a few times between now and back in the days in early access. And there is a little "secret" in how to play the game without notes

Now there is a method to never mix up parts
Always accept mails in the same order (top to bottom or bottom to top) and always order your parts for each PC while you go through the mails. Never come back later to add parts on a previous mail, just be very very organised while ordering parts.

The last part ordered / unmounted will always end up at the bottom of your inventory.
So when you are into next day, start working on the PC's BACKWARD from your accept order, so due to that, all parts you need will be at the bottom of your inventory (and the possible unmounted ones will be tagged as [ used ] )

That never fails me, I'm not taking any note, and yet I never (if done correctly and you are sure every part you ordered will fit the PC you work on) mix parts.

Nah I'm not really a fan (nor a fanboi)
I like to play this game, it has given me some good fun times, but there are a lot of things I don't like either, that I can criticize, but at least I have developped a way to play it without much hassle.

And then I try to share all the tips I can, in hopes that at some point few peeps will also share sand help others for the newcomers, and also that it will make life easyer for others as well.

Happy gaming :steamhappy:
