So, I just tinkered with this for a bit and found a solution.
You want to loop your first set of radiators, and then disconnect that loop from the motherboard. Then connect the motherboard to the other loop, and then connect that loop to the previous loop. This connected everything for me; hope it helps you as well.
Edit: This, although appearing to work, does not actually work. I'm left in confusion in how to fix this and my only guess as to the cause is an issue with the game's internal workings.
Yeah, but I'm doing this for aesthetics and it's driving me NUTS
