what is not done on this system, i have replaced the broken motherboard and nothing else is broken that i know of. can you help me?

look for hints in the email, jumpers could refer to components connected to the motherboard and slowness is mentioned as well (i'm not going to tell you everything)

It says the PC is running quite warm. That is a sign of a virus. You need to remove it to complete diagnose and fix.

it could also be a lack of thermal paste, make sure to apply some. and check the fans too

There are 3 hints in there. Which is rare btw. Only early levels.
Runs a bit slow = Virus check required and virus cleaning
Running hot indeed could be lack of thermal paste indeed, as AdmiralC pointed out, as I see no sign of dust in here.
And you have the ASAP = hidden deadline

You always have 2 hidden objectives, and those could be

- Virus check
- Cables color request
- Lack of thermal paste
- Hidden deadlines (need to get it done quick, which means really quickly, so better do it for the very next day you recieved the mail, as the deadline varies, and could be anything from tomorrow to 3 days)
- Brand fanbois
- Dust cleaning

I think I did not forget any of the secondary hidden objectives.

So yeah here it should be really Thermal paste, do it quickly, and virus

But ofc since you replaced Mobo, thermal paste should be fine, and hopefully you did not place back a broken CPU cooler (if it was broken), and as also AdmiralC pointed out, check the case fans, if they do spin.

Hints for virus :
My children have been using it / I have weird pop-up / it's running slow / I clicked on something bad / etc

Hints for dust :
My PC lives on the floor / I picked it up and stuff came out of it (something like that) / I never cleaned it up, is that OK / etc (I list it here, as USUALLY you see dust and it's pretty obvious, but there is a Fractal Deign case that does not display dust... so the hints in mails is key)

All the others are obvious enough and usually clear enough in the mail, besides the hidden deadline which I described.

From experiance, lack of thermal paste is more on early levels and hard coded story jobs (mails from customers that comes back to you and lot of details and a story in mail) and way less often seen in RNG jobs (those short job mails from one time customers)

In the mail again, hint.

"I can't find any of my documents" means probably a secondary storage device that is broken.
Check if the PC has a M.2 on the Mobo, or a nicely hidden SSD somewhere.

Now the 2 secondaries are blue cables which you did, and clean dust, which seems you did, as the case looks clean.
Now if you haven't dusted the case, make sure you do it anyways.

Ofc that is only a guess, as I fear on this one, it's hard to know just from pics.
But as I see $0, it means you haven't changed any parts.
