And double check the parts are actually better with the part ranking app if you haven't already. Sometimes it's easy to get the wrong part if there are multiple variants of it.
1st (so left TAB in will it run app for minecraft) is minimum and 2nd (so right TAB) is recommended
Minimum requires a I3-6100 and a GTX 750Ti with 2GB VRAM, and 1GB of RAM
Recommended requires i5-6400 and a GTX 960 with 2GB of VRAM, and 1GB of RAM as well.
Check that to see if it's not a translation issue
I went in freebuild and did a build with recommended parts, and on my side it greens both minimum and recommended as per this pic

When I need to share a save, I usually simply use my google drive account, and make the link available to anyone, so then when anyone on Steam click the link, they can access that save for as long as I keep it available.

a GTX 1060 Founder Edition card is ranked at 189
Based on that, the Founder Edition card is weaker then the RX 570 card
If you replaced the Founder Edition card with a Zotac Geforce GTX 1060 AMP! Edition that is ranked 183 it should clear both the minimum and recommended

A minor overclock 'should' get it to pass, but still... Kinda annoying issue.
