Report a translation problem
Make sure you connect the cables to the newly installed part, otherwise it won't count as properly installed.
I pulled the stick of RAM and it said it was broken. Bought a matching stick, installed it and the "Diagnose and fix" box is still red after running both OCCT and 3DMark (score 2101) without crashing.

So the problem was the game not recognizing the new part that was installed. Had it been a single part item like a CPU, a PSU, or a motherboard, I would have been forced to get one star for discarding the job.
