Customer E-Mail looks like a scam? [test@telecom.aa]
There's a customer that poses as a lawyer to some third world prince who sends the company dodgy looking emails from an even more dodgy looking email address and now he wants us to do a second job for him, but this one looks more dodgy than the first job.

He keeps promising $4,000 for our services but that never materialised first time round. They also keep using long-winded lawyer language, going all around the world to get to the point, which makes me wonder if they're trying too hard to sound professional.

This time they want a system with a benchmark of 3000 but offer no money for the build. I'm wondering if the game has a scam in the story progression that I need to know about because I obviously dont want to go losing money from the business. This would definitely be a red flag irl.

this is not a scam i know it seems like it but you get paid for all the parts you use and a final payment when all work is done

it is not a scam. After you finish 3 jobs for him you will get the money.

That's one of the "Gotcha" parts of the story emails in game. If you discard it then you will never get the money. If you trust their word and continue with it then you get a reward at the end.

This is one of the most profitable jobs in game.
As Sheev Palpatine would say: "Dew it"
