stuck on diagnose and fix job
I don't know what is wrong with the computer, everything has been fixed, the computer has been scanned of viruses, checked for 2nd drive, only one. I can run benchmark without it crashing, along with no thermal throttling, yet it still says diagnose and fix problems

If you have replaced an air cooler with an aio that is most likely the issue. It looks like (some) customers do not want a liquid based cooling system in their rig.
You need to check all sorts of other things:
Look for broken case fans.
If it's missing case fans, try adding them.
Maybe "Hidden dust", try dusting the system even if it doesn't appear dusty.
Try OCCT in infinite mode and wait for power to stabilize and see if it exceeds the system's power supply. Sometimes systems can exceed the power supply in OCCT infinite but not in 3dmark.
Does it have an NVME/M.2 SSD that has an OS on it? Those are sometimes hidden underneath motherboard heatsinks and you may not see it visually. Perhaps check in system bios to see if there's a second bootable option to see if it has other storage you didn't see. Maybe it has secondary storage that needs to boot to it that might have viruses on it.

You should have posted the parts list that you used, and the email.
I'm betting you either forgot to dust enough, or you used an inferior part.

Maybe you can tell us the exact parts that were broken, and the exact parts you replaced them with?

I had a very similar thing recently... I tried everything, even replaced the used parts, if they were not broken, etc. When nothing helped I took the compressed air and just blasted everything like crazy... and suddenly the status jumped from red to green, even though visually nothing had changed. There must have been a tiny speck of "dust" somewhere and that caused the issue.

This has been in my inventory for a while and not sure what I replaced, when ever I get these I just purchase and replace the exact part so this shouldn't be the case. I have tried blasting it quite a few times with air and that has never changed anything

Could you perhaps post a copy of your save online so others can take a crack at it? Otherwise we're just guessing blindly here.

check all the case fans. I try to pay attention to make sure they all spin, but I've been stuck like that before realizing a case fan hidden on the top of the case was broken.

Share the save file.

And use logic to take out whatever replacement parts you put in, and try ones that are less inferior, to see if inferiority is the cause of the problem.

If you want help, make it happen. Share the save file.
