Currently the fastest computer in PCBS is doing 27331 in 3dmark. This is a good start though but you have a long way to go.
Also just sort of a "for your information": No you can't just pick the same parts that they did, and plug in the same overclock and expect it to go and work as fast as they did. There's a lot more to it than that. Their score of 27331 involves literally hundreds of hours of IRL time invested and a lot of luck.
