Broken Parts Used PC Cases
I buy most of the broken PCS, fix them up and resell them. Many of the cases show pieces missing or broker parts after they have been stripped down. There are no parts left to put into the case. So...what's broker about them? They seem to function fine with parts installed, yet they still show broken parts. Even after I've installed working components.

Also, I bought a PC that was broken. It required a GPU that I put in. The PC boots and runs fine. When I try to sell it on PC Bay it shows as a broker PC. Which is not correct.

Something I'm missing here?

It could be fans. It could be viruses. It could be anything. Funny story.. I've sometimes found "Broken" computers in real life at thrift stores with a dead hard drive causing blue screen errors and put a new drive in it and 100% working computer.

The case itself could be broken. Usually the case will be valued at like $3 when that is so.

edit: also, a broken case will not prevent the computer from actually working

Thanks to all. I suspect a broken case. Nothign else it could be. I guess some of the things I buy on PC BAY that say broken compeuter are really a broken case.
