help !!! cant remove raijintek ereboss air cooler

I n a storyline "A bit of light work for you " . i have to install 6 purple lights, the case is the NZXT H440, and it has a Raijinteck ereboss air cooler . in order to replace the 2 fans on the case i have to remove the air cooler . the air cooler cant be removed . when i try to remove it the ram is highlighted red , so when i try to remove the ram the air cooler is highlighted red . ive removed every componet and cable on the build tried from every concieveable angle and cant remove this air cooler. any suggestions ? and yes i did remove the cable for the aircooler .

I just ran into the same problem and tried everything you did. Twice. That thing just will not come out of there!

Could be a bug.

I had the same issue(twice), I couldn't get the first one out so I just sent the pc back and took the 1 star rating. The one you mentioned putting in 6 RGB fans I threw in the coridor and figured an update would come out soon to fix that issue. Ive noticed a few times also where the RAM is too big and in fans or radiators. I hope they patch this soon.

Yup, I just ran into this too. Seems like that build is the same from everyone, so it's likely not an issue with the random build generation; rather, my guess is a dev somehow actually built that PC...

i went in a played the game a few mins ago , 02/01/19 @1930 , the issue seems fixed . I was able to complete the build quest. I guess my game hadnt updated yet. i have to say im impressed with the fact that a developer reads these discussions and responds . awesome job Frandroid
