Did you actually power off the customer's computer on the work bench (in PCBS), then power it on again, then run 3dmark? If it's right on the edge of temperature / stability then sometimes PCBS calculates temperatures differently when you power off and then on again a system. So make sure you do this before returning it to the customer.

hey man , thanks for your reaction! so you mean for example.

costumer asks for a better CPU and more ram.

-place on workbench
-remove parts
-install new
-boot
-install 3Dmark
-turn it back of
-turn back on and then run the benchmark + system information to watch the temp's ?

Yes. Also if you’ve built a really beefy system it’s possible to get through the benchmark without reaching peak wattage because of how the game treats power draw. So you can also run OCCT in infinite mode and wait until the power draw levels out to see what your actual max is. That could also be what’s getting you.
