Sleeper PC cases?
Is there old/retro cases in this game?

No. There is no old retro content in the game at the moment. They only show current-generation stuff. At least only back to like the Nvidia Maxwell series.

There are Plain metal cases with No glass or see through panels, but no older style cases that you can set your CRT on top of.

i like building in the smallest micro cases, i built one that had looked like it was a school classroom flat pc"case" but inside was a monster. try it out.
