Diagnose and Fix bug

There must be something wrong in the New Patch I keep getting Jobs where I need to diagnose and fix something.

But they can not be completed I have tried everything Ran a Virus Scan 3d Mark and cleaned all the dust out of the PC.

I did not have this bug before the 1.0 update

There are jobs where you have to run a virus scan to fully "fix" the PC

Sometimes also a PC has a secondary HDD/SSD drive, and while it boots on primary, the secondary drive may be broken

Have not seen that one, but also in case of dual RAM, maybe a single stick is broken, which in game if I'm not wrong still allows for booting.

Some jobs now require a full dust cleaning as well to be fully "fixed"

Also you may have a broken CPU cooler, which will not be denying the boot, but that still is broken

And last I think of, in some jobs, the incoming PC lacks Thermal paste, and I think in one of the story mission (but don't take my word for it) that is a thing to complete the job.

Have you tried going to the BIOS and switch the harddrive?
After that you just have to install the OS and it should be fixed.
(and if there is no other harddrive try install another one or reinstall it)

I just realized, even when the guy doesn't specifically said it, doing a virus scan actually fixed his pc, his pc got like tons of infected files. So try doing a virus scan.

I'm sure OP waited for 2 years to get this solution. Not all heroes wear capes.

this issue is still around. i replaced everything but the case with new parts just to check if that would fix it, and still it wouldnt change. had to quit the job in the end

I also stumble upon this problem.

I removed and reinstalled every components and replaced the broken ones. I'm fed up with this job.

Do a Virus scan and complete the case, thats all what i needed to do in your save.
