Help with CPU Overclock mission

I have tried multiple times to correct this but i can't find any other way.. The mission was to overclock to 4030. What have i done wrong?

You probably forgot thermal paste. And remember to run the computer through OCCT at least once and see if it says "Thermal throttling: YES" before handing it to the customer. If it does then fix something. You probably overclocked it too far and the current cooling wasn't powerful enough to handle cooling the overclocked chip.

So right now im doing a job where i have overclocked the cpu 3864. When i run OCCT it crashes, i have got thermal paste on and i cannot switch out the cooling because it just says "Reinstall customers part".

Do you have any idea what do do?

Also for this sort of job, you don't have to overclock anything. If it says "Overclock the CPU to 4030" then just buy another CPU That has a clock speed of 4100 Mhz / 4.1 Ghz as it's default speed and it will auto-complete.
