The water cooling reservoir is red
Either some other component is in the way that you aren't seeing or you are using some computer case that doesn't support water cooling.
You need to tell us exactly what computer cases you are attempting to put water cooling in to by exact name.

Now if you try to fit the radiators first, then it could be the issue.
Collision between radiators and reservoir happens, so it's often a matter of concessions.
The steps are, place your reservoir first, and then only see where you can fit the radiators. The other way around is not always possible.
Many cases have the radiator placed at the back of the case, where you need to remove tha back case fan. That's also a possibility, but one I did not want to showcase, as you simply stated ALL cases are unable to fit a reservoir.
So pics are in, those are 3 fallback cases I use often for watercooling in carrer because I know they are rarely bugged when updates happens, and where I know my reservoir will fit without removing anything.
Go in freebuild, and find your own preferate cases for watercooling. A lot are viable options as of now.
