Tired of silicon lottery
OK. Just learned the game "simulate" the silicon lottery
For extreme OC missions this facts a lot as you will have to load the game back and forth many times to get a proper chip (as, I have a job OC to 5.5GHz with custom loops).
Loading saves back and forth is something I want to avoid at all costs, as well as random drops which was exactly the reason I quit Diablo(s) and World of warcraft years ago.

I think its time for cheat engine tweaks.

There aren't "that many" borderline OC jobs, and most aren't really affected by silicon lottery.
Silicon lottery is mainly in play for those wishing to hit the best benchmark scores in game.

Also, knowing that the max "factory clock" is 5000MHz, you had a very very simple choice of rejecting the job.

Been there, done that multiple times, when I don't feel in the mood of buying multiple CPU's / GPU's for a borderline OC job, I simply reject said job.

Rejecting jobs is a possibility, and a game mechanic.
Accepting a job is an educated decision.

Also know that there are impossible OC jobs on GPU's as the requested MHz is over any possible GPU's tuner slider. Thus making the game a NOT auto accept all jobs.

Also a reason we always amphasis on tips, to make a manual save BEFORE accepting jobs, so in any case you accept something you feel like you should have rejected, or even a bugged job (mostly due to parts collision issues) you can revert back.

Just so you are aware: You can't fast-track the silicon lotto in-game with cheat engine. Also if you do use cheat engine on this game then the developers have coded it so it will permanently alter your saves and not allow you to use PC-Bay later in the career for that playthrough.

Thanks for the input. Interesting. I will try it and find if there is any to crack (as a technical backup). I'm still new to reverse eng. and disassembly tho...

I did hesitate if I should reject it... Just then want a try if it is possible.
Anyway, interesting to know that "reject" is the correct answer.
Well I somehow finished that job, and twice to test the silicon lottery. Roughly 2 out of 30, one can do it at 1.90V the other 2.00V on the boarder of being fried (8086K).
