You need to install a better GPU accordingly to the Parts Ranking app in game.
Furthermore, adding a second GPU would prevent you from getting a "Free" GPU from customer, and that would go against your best interest of making money out of used parts.
Now if by any chance you can add a GPU (dual GPU with 2 different GPU's) from same sort (let's say dual 1070) and the one you add is better asd the one installed, IF I'm not mistaken it will count toward an upgrade, but again, you pass on a free GPU and that does not make sense, and also you then may need to make sure the PSU will handle both GPU during stress test (benchmark or OCCT during a good minute) and that would maybe also take a better PSU.
