I NEED HELP!!! HOW TO ACCESS SAVE FILES!
I played 3 hours of PBCS until I quit the game, and saved it from the menu.
I come back on the next day and It says career-new game.
And when I click new game it says "do you want to overwrite the saved game" or whatever..
I can see the saved files in my folders, but how do I play them?
Please get back to me as fast as possible.

Uh... You click "load game" and then click on the save.

I can't see the load button on that first save.
I decided to start a 2nd load and it popped up. (the load button, not the original save)
Not sure what happened, I guess I'll just start over.

When you open PCBS, it has "Load Game" right there if you have any save at all. There is no "Load button" for the saves. Once you click on "Load Game" just scroll down the list and left-click your save and it goes.

No one else has ever complained about this issue or even described it in all this time since the game came out. So you're either not clicking the right button or doing something else wrong.

When I exited out of the game, and started it back up, there was no button beside the "new game".

After I made a 2nd new game, it appeared.
