For ♥♥♥♥♥ sake. Caselabs was the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pinncale of pc chassis', the merlin cases are my all time fav case. I hope the designers join existing companies like Lian Li or Thermaltake to continue their legacy somewhat. Thermaltake got that W100 which is a blatent rip off CaseLabs kek.

Think we could get a persuade dev man to make a 'fake' caselabs company in-game so they can live on forever in PCBS? :2016imnotcrying:

Maybe the devs can talk to Caselabs and allow them to add their cases into the game to preserve their legacy.

Legacy?
I didn't know them until I've read this thread and in major german stores like Alternate, Caseking or Mindfactory you don't find them. Seems to be a local brand for North America.

If you speak about legacy then you can talk about Chieftec or LianLi (with own production lines, cases from many other brands like Thermaltake are coming from external manufacturers).

...

They're a high cost low volume company with one specific audience in an already fairly small market. Their cases are for the absolute top end of custom builds, and are very highly praised... but their market was way small and had almost no resellers due to the cost of production and already slim profit margins.

OcUK's 8Pack used their cases in many of his more his famous builds (~$20k custom computers), CaseKing's roman (der8auer) is an open fan of caselabs too. Tech jesus steve occasionally plugs a caselabs case so they've passed the true marketing shillery test. A lot of very high end builds (read: overpriced and heavily modified) used caselabs due to the INSANE amount of modifications that could be done without reaching for a CNC and voiding a warrenty.

They didn't advertise much and usually had a long ass backlog for orders. There was only like 3 european resellers and the prices were hiked due to this. Very few cases can live up to caselabs and those that did are often in even lower production from small time fablabs.

Pardon if I sound like a ass but I'm mad in love with caselabs and their legacy is strong af with many custom builders.
