Select 'Free Build Options'
Scroll down and select 'Reset Free Build'
A word of warning: this will completely overwrite your current Free Build save to a fresh save. Therefore, you'll also lose any builds you do want to keep.
That was something I was going to try out, but I was way too lazy to build a PC, install PC Bay, then build another PC just to test it out in Free Mode. I'm curious if you can sell in Free Mode, though.
Sadly, you can't. You can't even install PCBay in Free mode.
You can't get rid of PC's, but you can replace them with new cases, rather than creating more cases. What you have to do is go to the PC you want to get rid of. Then, take out all of the non-case items. Go to your inventory shelf and select the new case you want, while holding the empty case and you should be able to get a new case! Hope this helps :)
The PC you are replacing, will be empty, and won't have any overclocked components in it.
So, no need for any sadness, because no risk.
