Do you have your system specs? What processor do you have? What video card are you using? Are you playing on an actual video card, or integrated graphics?

I would send the crash log to the devs and see if they can figure out what's going on.
That's actually kind of interesting. That was a big issue with heavily modified Skyrim saves. You always used 'load save' because 'continue' would usually cause some kind of mod instability for some reason or another. Wonder if it's a similar issue here.
Also, because of that, I do that in pretty much every game I play now so I can't confirm any issues with using 'continue' either. Not sure if any of the other beta testers used 'continue' or not.
Oh, I'm not saying mods are causing the issue. I'm just wondering if one of the default files is causing a similar conflict.
