$0 budget for upgrades?
I found an issue with the new career mode update, where sometimes people will have $0 budget to do upgrades for meeting a game's minimum spec. Afterwards, even if $8 is used to put in a stick of used RAM you get one star.

I'm fairly certain this is intentional to show the player the consequences of not following the customer's wishes.

I have found a couple of these as well, are we supposed to just reject them outright instead of getting a 1 star for doing the upgrade and going over budget ?

There is only a single job that has a parts budget of $0. All other jobs should have no issues. I did somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 jobs during the Beta test for this and never ran into another budget issue.

Sorry, I either got 2 or I got the same one 2x, either way. Regardless is it confirmed as a bug or ?

I got a Diagnose and fix with $0 budget, but it turned out to be lack of thermal paste, which requires $0 anyway.

I already encountered 2 jobs that require upgrade but our shady "customers" just want it for free.
The first one want to play Flight Simulator at Recommended settings, his PC has a Ryzen 3 1200, 4GB of ram and a 980 while the game requires a Ryzen 3 1300X, 8GB of ram and a 980.
The second one want to play Feudal Fantasy XIII at minimum settings, his PC has a Core i7 6700, 4GB of ram and a R9 280 while the game asks for a Ryzen 5 1600, 8GB of RAM and a R9 280.
I just reject those jobs since they waste my time.

I've had the same thing twice. Both customers wanted to play ETS2 at minimum specs and both had 2gb of ram. ETS2 needed for 4gb of ram, and I had a budget of $0.

I have also gotten these and I dont think they are ment to be there because how can you upgrade something for free? i hope the devs address this because it just hurts the game, because your choices are reject the work and forfeit what ever money you would have made on the job or take a bad review

You're gonna get a bad review either way, if you accept the job. Might as well complete it and get the money.
