Game crashes after clicking "End Day" button

OK so I am getting a recurring bug with this game - pretty much as the title suggests, and it happens 50% of the time I perform this vital process. I go to the door, click on it, and then on the "end day" green button.The little fan icon appears in the bottom-right corner and just spins and spins. The game is still sort of running, but the only thing that can be done at this point is to close the game. I always save my game before this point so can always resume my game with no loss of progress. This seems to happen more regularly now that I am a higher level, with more pc parts in stock etc. Any ideas please?

It happens to me too. It's very frustrating, I now make sure to save the game like you said before ending the day. I haven't found a fix, but hopefully they will fix when the game goes out of early access.

This bug should be squashed for good in the 1.0 update on the 29th.

Yea I had this happen to me, I lost nearly 3 hours of play due to this bug. Glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this. I thought maybe it was my system

I'm getting crashes when exiting computers, screens, install menus, etc. super frustrating
