Hi Doktor Faustus,

it would be better if you posted this in the "Feedback/Feature Request" section.

Cheers!

They are too old for the game and they don't play a big role in gaming computers.

Maybe they come later but first the game has to be finished with actual CPUs.
Problem then, would be, to also integrate ddr3 memory, their respective kits and more somehow unnecessary work, because not many people really want cpus that old. (I kinda liked my phenom x6 1075t though)

I would even buy a DLC with the era of Pentiums or 386/486 (if it's done good, RGB-blingbling doesn't match to that time).

I would also buy such a DLC;-D But how to manage the pricing changes? Remember what 486 or Pentium stuff did cost? It would be ridiculous if there would be a 486 and Core CPU at almost same pricing in the late game... Also when which part is introduced would have to be re-thought. Even in the current game it is a chaos between current-gen hardware and before-last-gen items. There would have to be something like sell outs of the old stuff when new things come in.

Would not happen because 486 weren't available since long time before the Core (or even the first Athlon) have hit the market.

In the current game old gens do not dissappear. You always have outdate generations in the shop, e.g. there are still Intels 6X00 available when already the 8X00 arrived. At the unchanged old prices... Having much older stuff there would still be 10 or more years older generations to buy along with the new, and that is a problem.

Because you can buy them in real life, too, nearly every (bigger) vendor has most of them in stock.

The prices in the game are nearly matching the speed.
