Newbie question - How do I use the OCCT program?

As stated in the title. I am at level 6, slowly figuring out things, but I'm not sure how I use the OCCT or how I should interpret the results. Any help would be appreciated.

it's for when you OC and it stress test the rig. If your OC is unstable it'll just give you BSOD. If you didn't go overboard and the rig is stable it'll tell you the highest temp CPU and GPU reaches

As well as temperatures it also helps with figuring out the Power Supply current draw, to see if you need a bigger PSU, but you have to change the test type to "Infinite" rather than "Automatic" as the duration of the Auto-test is too short to really test the Power Supply so it may pass the test but still be failing when using Infinite.
