If you are worried about mouse sensitivity, if I may suggest a mouse with a toggle button for DPI. I have a 1600 DPI mouse and the button toggles it between 800 and 1600. That way I can have really high speed mouse movements in some games and slow in others, even if the game doesn't actually have any in-game mouse sensitivity controls.
If you enjoy making things pretty, spending time on visuals and can enjoy making different designs for computer builds (colours, styles, etc) you'll easily put hours into this. It's the same if you don't mind grinding for top-binned GPU/CPUs to try and get the highest score. Otherwise I can see people getting bored with the jobs as it does become a bit of a grind. Take time making personal builds with your spare in game cash and make them look nice.
There is a mouse sensitivity slider in game, it's quite a broad slider too, you can make your mouse extremely fast. However you'll need quite accurate fingers as some of the cable connection points are very small, I struggle sometimes with the little sata connectors in game, but that might be cause I'm playing at 4k and the FOV is much bigger (?).
Like tentacle said, you can easily refund the game if you're struggling and it not your fault. The only thing I can thing of is the small connector points. There's not much moving about or fast mouse action, you can take the game slowly.
