"Inferior Part Installed"
so i get this PC in that doesn't boot, i traced it back to the DFL AM4 motherboard which was broken, without thinking i sold it and bought the cheapest AM4 motherboard which was a gigabyte.

I put it all together, it works but the game claims that the gigabye mobo is inferior to the DFL mobo and therefor, i can't ship it back to the customer.

Needed to buy the correct mobo.

Anything above what the customer already had should NOT count as "Inferior"

They really need to change that word because "Inferior" is misleading. The game actually wants you to get the -EXACT- same motherboard that the customer has. You can't get one "Better", it has to match, exactly. Nothing else is allowed. But it doesn't tell you that.

Well not really has to be exact, though. I find that replacing the broken part to the one that are more expensive to work out well.

What I didn't like is, I have to replace this A320M motherboard, which priced around $190, and when I replace it with Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 for $110, despite its superior chipset, still "inferior part installed".

They have to change how any part in the game is considered inferior to others, not just difference in price. Well, price difference aren't really relevant to this type of game, I suppose.

That's incorrect. You can use better but not lesser priced items. No more ripping off customers.

The game only counts price not what we THINK is better, even if we're correct lol. Only more expensive or equal priced parts will work.

Also it not the same brand, don’t know if that matters but it does in real life. If I got an ASUS motherboard, you better be putting back in an ASUS motherboard of equal or better performance or I’m gonna be that one customer you never want to deal with.
