The virus detection is false positive! :)

So, I was hoping to play it right away, but Bitdefender has blocked the exe

Bitdefender:
The file d:\steamlibrary\steamapps\common\pc building simulator\pcbs.exe is infected with Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.2.NyW@a0kmfdjk and was moved to quarantine.

EDIT:

The file is safe, and AV databases will soon update and say the same :)

Put the game directory [the folder containing the .exe file and the rest of the game files] into its exceptions or something.
I use Avast, so I don't know how to do that in Bitdefender.

Also do verify game integrity since the .exe file was moved to quarantine, and you probably can't restore it.

false positive or not, it is not a good things ... can someone investigate the .exe and check if it is false positive or if it is a real trojan ?
some indie devs already try things like that and hope it is not the case here

I haven't used anything else but Windows Defender for quite some time now with no issues. It does not show up as anything when I scan it.

I made a scan with Kaspersky Internet Security . For me is everything alright in the game folder.

I have been in contact with Bitdefender, and they have checked the file, and it is clean.
We can safely remove the file from quarantine :)
