Taking out any challenge of a already very easy game. Yay...
Just play free mode if you just want to build.

Actually you don't need to use cheats since the game lets you do everything normally even if you are like -999999999999999999999999999999999999999999$

Actually the game has a built in overdraft limit of -$3000.
