Need help with the 3dmark
How do I make the pc run 3dmark? The objective said to replace the power supply, then run 3dmark. The power supply was upgraded, but the pc won't run the 3dmark.

You must install it with the USB stick and reboot the computer. Then you can run 3Dmark.

Did you install 3DMark on the PC? If not, try removing the CPU cooler and re-applying thermal paste?

Already did that, but the computer gets like 10 frames on it, I ran it all the way through, and it still won't cross it off of the objective list. Is it a bug maybe?

Didn't work.

Try running 3DMark again (skipping it with Alt + Tab). If it doesn't work, then it's a bug.
Did you follow the tutorial when you started the game that showed you how to do all of this?

Same here, rebooted the PC, even reinstalled 3DMark, nothing changed. When i run 3DMark, the FPS droped to 16 and I still can not finished the mission. I think the FPS is the problem here. Should I change the PC's VGA? if then which model i need to choose?

Do you mean your actual game FPS, walking around the shop FPS drops to 16 FPS when running 3dmark? Or do you mean it shows 16 FPS on the 3dmark screen in-game on the customer's PC you're working on? Because the 3dmark in-game is not going to be the same as your actual game's FPS when you're walking around. It's a test... It's a benchmark.. it's speed is based on how fast or slow the customer's hardware is that you're working on in-game.

I mean it's the parameter shown in 3DMark screen in-game beside number of frames when it loaded a video going backwards like inside a museum or smt.

Yep that's totally normal. That's only as fast as the computer you're working on can run the test. Faster computers get higher frame rates. That's the entire point of the 3dmark program: To show you how fast (or slowly) the computer can render things.

Okay, back to the point, have you found out the way to pass that mission yet? The client's requests is replace power supply and run 3dmark. Already done but it still appear that "run 3dmark" objective has not been completed.

Did you let the 3dmark test run all the way to the end and generate a resulting score at the end? Did you stop it early? If you stop the 3dmark test before it completes then it won't let you complete the job.

3DMark only takes 90 seconds to complete.
