I started out and saved under my steam account. Now my son has gone on as himself and saved his game.

My saves have been wiped/overwritten!

Is game sharing saves been enabled so a steam 'family' can have their own saves?

I disabled steam cloud sync and just use local files to have multiple save for different folks either remember which slot is yours or copy paste each time the files

I have this same issue and its really upsetting, I cannot now play my game accross my three different PC's If I turn off cloud saves.
PC BUILD Devs should fix this..

It doesn't happen in other games... (Well, maybe its not the norm or how it should work).

This actually explains a lot of how some of my other games in the past have had my saves damaged! - Like when you start to play a game you haven't played for a while and you find yourself saying to the world - I know I'm at level 92 and yet the last load I have is at lev 2, so WTF?

Currently this game does not support multiple people playing on the same computer, or your saves will overwrite. There's currently no way around it unless you manually disable steam cloud sync and copy-paste your saves in and out of the game's save folder every time you change players. It could be done pretty easily with a batch file though.

On career mode, the game supports the renaming of manual saves and will also tell you the details of the save such as a level and available cash. I havent seen a limit on the number of saves as of yet.

I'm not sure if steam cloud will just save the autosave file which i presume it would but the above at leaast allows for multiple people to play on the same PC under different save names on the same account.

The autosave overwrites every time though. :/
